Who wants a benefit plan?

It seems more and more people are looking for benefits:

TORONTO, Nov. 17 /CNW/ – More than two thirds (65 per cent) of working Canadians say that the availability of an employee health benefits plan plays a “very important” role in their decision to accept a new job, according to research conducted for Benecaid. In fact, the vast majority of Canadians (78 per cent) would expect a compensation increase of at least 10 per cent to offset the absence of a benefits plan.

If you want to attract talent (and keep it), heed the warning and the call.

And, if you want to ensure your employees are happy, offering an HSA from Benecaid will give them the flexibility they desire, while ensuring benefit costs are both contained and reasonable.

We can ensure each employee spends their money in the way that best meets their individual needs.

Try that with a traditional group plan!
